What you need to attention to use FVDI Diagnostic Tool?

Newest 2015 FVDI software is with full software,if you get the chrysler software,after you isntall,click chrysler software is ok to use,other software will be void.So if you need to add some other software,u need to buy the software to get authorization.

After you get authorization for FVDI, please opdate like the following steps. 

• Step 1. Connect the Softdog to FVDI (Note: do not connect Softdog to the computer).
• Step 2. Use USB cable to connect FVDI and the computer. Wait until FVDI green light is on and Softdog red light is on, connect Softdog USB cable to the computer. During the procedure, the Softdog keeps red light (Note: do not connect FVDI to the car)
• Step 3. Till the above 2 steps are ok, connect FVDI to the car.

If the fvdi is red light,or the softdog is flashing with red light or green light,it means that your operation is wrong.Please do it again like the 3 steps.
