How to use iOBD2 Code Scanner with iPhone?

iOBD2 is a vehicle diagnostic tool for iPhone, and it communicates with these smart phones by WIFI. It supports OBDII/EOBDII. It records the data by the client software of the phone. 

1. Plug the tool onto the OBD port on the bottom left side of a car and make sure the connection is tight.

2. Download an iOBD2 software from app store on your iPhone FOR FREE.
3.  Select Setting , Wi-Fi and then iOBD2.
4.  Select "Auto-Join", "Static", and then fill in your IP Address and Subnet Mask. After filling in the IP Address and Subnet Mask, choose Wi-Fi Networks and then go back to previous menu.
5.  Turn off the cellular data to check whether your IP address is set successfully.
6.  Open the iOBD2 app, and connect iOBD2 via Wi-Fi. Turn on the ignition key, and the Iobd2 Scanner now can communicate with the vehicle now.
7. Click "Diagnosis" in the iOBD2 app, and the tool can then diagnosis the vehicle problem.
